We are a specialised personnel service provider, recruiting tailored employees for our clients throughout north-western Switzerland since 2008. For our client, a manufacturing industrial company from the lower Fricktal, we are looking to appoint a:
Sales Internal Staff 80% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:Do you enjoy being the person where all the threads come together? Perfect!
- Support customers by phone, email and digital channels
- Record, check and process orders accurately in SAP
- Coordinate delivery dates, quantities and special requests
- Provide competent assistance to customers with queries and keep a cool head during complaints
- Maintain customer master data, prices and delivery conditions
- Plan daily routes and coordinate with logistics
- Prepare delivery documents and loading lists
- Check stock levels and assist with inventories
- Contribute ideas and help shape process and software optimisations
- Step in for team absences
Requirements:
- Commercial training is an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in sales internal service
- SAP knowledge is an advantage or willingness to learn
- Very good user skills in Microsoft 365 / Office
- Very good German spoken and written
- Very good English speaking and understanding, good written skills
- Good French speaking and understanding skills
- Organisational talent with a structured and reliable working style
- Team player with flexibility and initiative
- Open, willing to learn and interested in the company’s products and processes
- Even when it gets hectic: you keep an overview and your sense of humour
