We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist for a maternity cover from November 2026 until the end of June 2027.
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the administration and coordination of various personnel-related tasks, in particular comprehensive administrative support of the HR department. They ensure that personnel-related processes run smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements, contributing to the efficiency and quality of HR functions and thus having a positive impact on the employee experience and organisational success.
Your responsibilities
- Handling the entire personnel administration from entry to exit including contract management (employment contracts, contract adjustments, confirmations, agreements, references, exit formalities as well as other personnel correspondence)
- Responding to and triaging employee enquiries regarding personnel matters
- Maintaining and updating the personnel master data system (SuccessFactors) and other HR software (entries/transfers, changes and exits)
- Supporting the relevant units, especially coordinating the hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing and maintaining employee files
- Ensuring that all personnel-related processes and documentation comply with legal requirements and company policies
- Assisting with labour law matters and disciplinary procedures
- Participating in HR projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
Why you will succeed
- Approximately 1-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Further training as a HR specialist is an advantage
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Solid MS Office skills and initial knowledge of SAP, SF, UKG and Swiss+ are advantageous
- Language skills: fluent German
- Language skills: French is an advantage
- Strong service orientation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Team spirit and ability to work independently
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
