Leading fruit and vegetable marketer seeks experienced professional for sales back office

Tasks awaiting you:

• Personal and telephone customer support
• Receiving orders via ERP and telephone
• Processing delivery notes and complaints
• Handling general correspondence in German

What you bring:

• Completed basic vocational training with a commercial background or equivalent further education
• Professional experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with MS Office programmes
• Customer-oriented thinking & acting, initiative and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
• You are flexible and willing to occasionally work Saturdays if needed
