As an Executive Assistant, you take on a key role in the company. In this responsible position, you support the executive management in organizational, administrative, and strategic matters. You keep an overview even in hectic times, act proactively, and contribute significantly to the company's success with your commitment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for scheduling and business planning for the executive management and the board of directors
- Lead role in preparing minutes, decision-making documents, and presentations at executive management and board of directors level
- Responsible for organizing executive management meetings and workshops, including distributing the associated documents
- Preparation of documents and presentations for the CEO or executive management
- Ensuring the CEO's appointment adherence and coordinating all appointments of the executive management members
- General administrative support for the CEO and the board of directors
Profile and Skills
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education as an executive assistant with a federal certificate
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position; experience in board secretariat is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility and proactivity as well as a structured and conscientious working style – you keep an overview even in hectic times
- Strong organizational skills and resilience in a dynamic environment
- Discreet, trustworthy, and reliable personality
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Very good German and Italian skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
