Tasks:

• Deployment in care across all residential groups
• Independent execution of holistic care & support of residents within the framework of daily living activities, such as personal hygiene or mobilisation
• Carrying out medical-technical procedures, such as vital signs monitoring, blood sugar measurement, insulin administration or blood sampling
• Co-responsibility in medication management
• Co-responsibility for proper nursing documentation
• Introduction to taking over daily responsibility towards the end of the apprenticeship
• Work in shift operation in compliance with youth protection regulations (early and late shifts, split shifts and up to two weekend shifts per month)

Profile:

• Completed secondary school level E (level A, Ø >5.0)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
• Enjoy working with elderly people
• Sense of responsibility and resilience
• Social competence and communication skills
• Respectful, empathetic attitude towards our residents
• Basic computer skills
