To complement our team in Allschwil, we are looking for a customer-oriented, dedicated, and reliable person as a Candidate Specialist for Laboratory Medicine FAMH, Focus Microbiology 80 - 100%, starting immediately or by agreement.
- You will complete a 4-year training program to become a Specialist for Laboratory Medicine FAMH, Focus Microbiology.
- During this, you will acquire the ability to assess and report analyses in the field of microbiology and ensure that patients, medical practices, and hospitals receive precise laboratory results in the shortest possible time as a reliable basis for quick diagnosis and rapid therapy decisions.
- After acquiring sufficient expertise, you will conduct written and oral consultations and advise clients in all areas of microbiological analyses.
- During the training, you will share responsibility for internal and external quality controls / ring trials as well as for the evaluation, validation, and introduction of new devices and methods, including technical and medical validation.
- Completed studies (Master's) in natural sciences or medicine
- 1 year of professional experience in research or industry is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
- Willingness to work on weekends and on-call duties
