About the job

• Preparation and production of dishes according to the daily menu plan
• Ensuring a smooth operation during business hours
• Organisation and implementation of the offer concept as well as cost calculation
• Co-responsible for ordering and inventory management
• Execution and supervision of exclusive evening events and catering
• You are co-responsible for training and information transfer for new employees
• Monthly inventory
• You assist with plating at the menu station and are responsible for the meal distribution during lunch service
• You ensure that all guests receive impeccable service at all points of sale
• You ensure the quality of the dishes, adhere to HACCP guidelines, cleanliness and order in the kitchen
• You communicate exemplary and confidently with guests in German and English

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ qualification)
• Several years of professional experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience
• Experience in a large operation, system catering/communal catering and catering sector is an advantage
• Organised, independent and responsible
• Well-groomed and friendly appearance
• Confident German and English skills
• Time and Task Management and resilience are essential
• Class B driving licence
