For our customer service in Steinhausen, we are looking for a committed and reliable individual as a Working Student Customer Service Administration (m/f/div.).
Job Description
- You support our customer service and scheduling in daily business.
- You independently offer, confirm, and open maintenance contracts.
- You convert expired maintenance contracts according to our contract conditions and inform the end customers accordingly.
- You write accompanying letters and revise templates as needed.
- You open recurring appointments for our customer service technicians in our scheduling tool.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable course of study
- Personality: motivated, team-oriented, communicative, and committed
- Working style: independent, flexible, reliable, and responsible
- Experience and know-how: MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Languages: very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian skills are an advantage

- Start and duration of employment are subject to individual agreement.
- A valid enrolment at a university or a university degree not older than six months is required.
