Tasks

• Independent management of a defined area of personnel administration
• Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing in cooperation with the relevant insurance and specialist offices
• Maintenance and management of personnel master data in SAP HR as well as ensuring high data quality
• Responsibility for time recording as well as the administration of working hours, absences and holiday entitlements
• Ensuring smooth handling of all social insurance matters
• Competent contact person for employees and managers on administrative, payroll-related and social insurance law issues
• Administrative and organisational support for HR consultants
• Participation in HR projects
• Support of the HR counter as needed

Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training and further education as an HR specialist
• Many years of experience in HR administration including support in payroll processing (experience in healthcare is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of social insurance and labour law
• Loyal and team-oriented personality with an accurate, independent and efficient working style
• Service- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• High resilience, flexibility and reliability
• Very good IT skills in SAP HR, MS Office and common time recording programmes
• Fluent German spoken and written, French skills are an advantage
