Customer Advisor Customer Services (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %
Your tasks
- You handle demanding customer concerns via various channels - by email, e-banking and physical mail - ensuring prompt, customer-oriented and reliable completion.
- You independently manage inheritance and KESB cases and ensure careful and correct processing of the corresponding procedures.
- You handle compliance-relevant issues such as clarifications related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), transaction clarifications and other regulatory topics with great care and responsibility.
- You ensure a high service level and quality awareness in handling all customer and advisory concerns and are a reliable point of contact for our customer advisors.
- You competently support and advise our customers by telephone on specialist questions regarding numbers, saving and pension provision.
- You work closely with customer advisors and internal specialist departments and actively contribute to the optimisation of workflows and processes.
- You create and update work instructions and process documentation in Confluence, thereby contributing to a uniform and efficient way of working.
Your experience and personality
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with professional experience in the banking or financial sector.
- You bring solid experience in banking and ideally have knowledge in the areas of numbers, saving and pension provision as well as dealing with demanding customer and specialist cases.
- You are interested in regulatory issues and ideally have experience with GwG, transaction clarifications and other compliance topics.
- You work precisely, independently and reliably and have a strong quality and sense of responsibility.
- You enjoy dealing with complex matters, recognising connections and developing pragmatic solutions.
- You are a service-oriented, communicative and positive personality and convince with your high customer and service orientation.
- You enjoy working in a team, are digitally savvy and enjoy further developing processes and documenting knowledge clearly.
