First-Level Support for IT and AV Technology 100%

PH Zurich actively shapes education, school and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research.

As a first-level supporter, you are an important interface and always close to the action. Our innovative customer centre team looks forward to supporting our staff and students in their daily use of modern IT tools together with you.

• Support and advise our users on site, by phone or with remote maintenance tools
• Technical support at events and conferences in our seminar rooms and lecture halls
• Train and supervise our apprentices
• Prepare and conduct internal courses
• Create instructions, help files and documentation in German
• Coordinate requests with the 2nd-level support
• Participate in projects

• Either a training/continuing education as IT specialist EFZ with an affinity for AV technology or a training/continuing education as mediamatician EFZ with an IT affinity
• Solid Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, ideally also Mac experience
• Confident handling of SharePoint, Teams, Zoom and other collaboration tools
• Clear and confident communication in German (spoken and written)
• Open, creative and flexible personality with initiative as well as proven professional and presentation skills
