Lagerhäuser Aarau AG is part of the Holding Lagerhäuser der Centralschweiz AG and employs around 350 staff at the locations Schafisheim, Hunzenschwil and Spreitenbach. We are a leading logistics company known for high-quality services in logistics, co-packing, transport, moving, international freight forwarding and customs.

What you will achieve with us

• Processing production orders: professional, high-quality, punctual & efficient
• Hands-on. Proactive. Production-strong.: The focus is on active participation on the line. Intervening in faulty / inefficient processes - reliable, thoughtful & always where help is needed
• Technology that works: setting up, operating & monitoring machines, systems & equipment including troubleshooting & minor repairs
• Focus & perspectives: personnel development (training & further education), production scheduling as well as coordination tasks

What you bring

• Technical basic training such as production mechanic / mechatronics technician or automation technician or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in contract logistics or co-packing or in production, mechanics or assembly
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Mechanical know-how, IT user skills & manual dexterity
• German (C1/native) - any additional language is a plus
• Decisiveness & assertiveness, sociability & reliability, willingness to learn & systematic approach

Salary range
CHF 70,000 - 76,000
