For an established company in the real estate and investment sector in the Zurich area, we are looking for a structured individual to support the modelling and documentation of existing business processes starting early October or by arrangement.

What to expect:

• Recording and structuring existing business processes together with process owners and specialists
• Modelling and documenting the processes in a process management tool
• Translating technical information into clear and consistent process representations
• Coordination with various departments and clarification of open process questions
• Support in building an overarching process landscape or value chain
• Modelling around 30 processes from five company divisions
• Identification of initial optimisation and improvement potentials

What you should bring:

• Experience in process modelling, process documentation or business process management
• Experience with process modelling tools; knowledge of Scheer PAS Business Modeler is an advantage
• Knowledge of the real estate or investment sector is a plus
• Good knowledge of BPMN, EPC or comparable modelling standards
• Good business understanding and quick comprehension
• Experience working with departments, process owners or other stakeholders
• Independent, structured and pragmatic working style
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
