What to expect from us

• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for coordinating and preparing the annual reports of the VZ pension foundations.
• You work directly with the management of the VZ pension foundations and the accounting team, coordinating and monitoring the various tasks and processes.
• You check the received data and information and provide recommendations for action if necessary.
• You ensure that the complete annual reports are available on time and prepare the documents for the board of trustees meetings.
• You coordinate and assist with the audit of the VZ pension foundations and act as the main contact person.
• You are committed to the further development of our organisation, contribute ideas and actively shape your working environment.

What you bring with you

• Training in finance and accounting, auditing or a business administration degree from a (technical) university of applied sciences
• Ideally experience in occupational pension schemes or accounting for pension foundations
• Precise and conscientious working style
• Project experience and enjoyment in coordinating various tasks and stakeholders
• Good communication, thirst for knowledge, enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders and experience in collaboration with multiple departments
• IT affinity and proficient use of MS Excel
• Desire to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment
