You can contribute in this role

• Participate in project support for the construction management of armasuisse, acting as the operator's representative, from advising specialist planners to optimising the operation of medium to large construction projects
• Be responsible for the operation, maintenance and lifecycle management of building technology systems
• Formulate requirement requests considering objectives, restrictions, interfaces, quality features, costs and resources for possible initialisations of extensive improvement and renewal projects
• Support the issuing authorities in implementing existing regulations, directives and guidelines and independently handle cross-departmental tasks, such as creating/developing operator concepts
• Operate, maintain and inspect the installed systems and actively participate in their further development
• Create training materials in the field of building automation and impart knowledge as part of training for employees

What makes you unique

• Completed technical vocational training, for example as an automation technician or electrical installer EFZ, with further training to become a certified technician HF and/or project manager in building technology BP or building automation BP
• In-depth expertise in building automation, measurement, control and regulation technology, domotics and HVACSE system technology
• Knowledge in programming automation systems and their visualisation solutions
• Independent, effective and efficient working style with analytical and holistic thinking skills as well as a flair for leading and participating in projects
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
• Workplace can be Mels or Kloten
