You improve processes and make changes effective within the company.

Due to a retirement, we are looking for a committed specialist in quality management, processes, as well as occupational safety and health protection from spring 2027. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with managers and employees. In doing so, you actively shape the further development of our processes and management systems.

Your main workplace is Goldach. You will support our production sites in Switzerland and Austria (Vorarlberg).

Your tasks

Quality Management

• Further develop the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and plan and coordinate internal and external audits
• Analyse complaints and quality deviations and implement sustainable corrective and improvement measures together with the specialist departments
• Manage in-house production control according to EN 1090 including tests, evidence and audits

Process Improvement and Digitalisation

• Analyse cross-departmental processes from procurement to delivery and improve them together with the process owners
• Drive the replacement of iQSoft and the introduction of a contemporary QM, process and workflow platform
• Build digital workflows and meaningful key figures as well as lead KVP and Lean projects and review their impact

Occupational Safety and Health Protection

• Further develop the existing safety organisation and advise management and executives on implementation
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections as well as systematically evaluate accidents and near misses
• Implement effective safety measures together with the line and raise employee awareness with practical training

Additionally, you coordinate topics such as BCM, environmental management and data protection together with the responsible departments.

Your profile

• Technical degree at FH level, for example in process, production or systems engineering
• Further training in quality management, process or lean management or operational excellence
• Several years of experience in an industrial production or processing company with a professional focus on quality management, process management or occupational safety
• Training in occupational safety and health protection, for example as a specialist ASGS with a federal certificate
• Experience in project management and change processes as well as in structured data analyses
• Practical experience with ISO 9001, audits and industrial quality methods as well as knowledge of EN 1090 and WPK are advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BI solutions, digital workflows or QM and process management systems is advantageous
