Cyber Security Engineer Architecture & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to develop sophisticated security solutions and actively shape the architecture of modern IT infrastructures? In this position, you analyse security requirements, develop technical concepts, and accompany the implementation of protection mechanisms for complex ICT systems.
You combine conceptual work with practical engineering experience and coordinate with customers as well as technical development teams. Through feasibility analyses and the establishment of test environments, you verify new solutions under realistic conditions.
Responsibilities:
Development and evaluation of security concepts for server, network, storage, and virtualisation environments
Development of technical architectures for new ICT platforms
Coordination of requirements and technical solution approaches with customers and development partners
Implementation and validation of security architectures in coordination with clients
Setup and integration of Public Key Infrastructures (PKI), Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as AAA and KMI solutions
Planning and execution of feasibility studies and establishment of customer-specific demonstration systems
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or an equivalent technical education
Professional further training in cyber security is a plus
Practical experience in the design and implementation of IT security architectures
Ability to document complex technical matters clearly
Analytical thinking, initiative, and solution-oriented working style
Experience in a comparable field is advantageous, very good German skills, English skills at level B2 or higher, and an impeccable reputation
