Bilingual French/German Private Pension Specialist (f/m/d)

What awaits you

In this position, you are part of the Private Pension contract management team in Nyon, which is responsible for both process management and the handling of insurance contracts for our clients throughout Switzerland.

What you can achieve with us

Your main mission is to assess, process and coordinate client requests related to 3rd pillar life insurance contracts, in French and German, in collaboration with various stakeholders, such as our general agencies. You also support managers in handling complex cases.

Furthermore, you identify and implement process optimisations within the team or department, working together with other specialists. You ensure the quality of services provided by the team and participate in training your colleagues. You contribute to achieving the department’s objectives through working groups or interdepartmental projects.

Thanks to your open and solution-oriented personality, you play a key role in strengthening our "Dear Mobilière" image, placing the client at the centre of your concerns.

What you bring

• Federal diploma as a specialist in private, professional or social insurance or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in private pension, occupational pension or social insurance
• Project experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Compliance is an advantage
• Interest and curiosity for pension-related topics as well as continuous optimisation
• Dynamic, autonomous and client-oriented personality with excellent teamwork skills
• Native French and/or German speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language (min. C1)
