Administrative Employee 100% 100%The Cantonal Therapeutic Products Control Zurich is the supervisory and licensing authority for the therapeutic products sector. As a cantonal and partly regional competence centre, it controls the manufacture and wholesale of medicinal products as well as the dispensing of therapeutic products. It issues the necessary licences for therapeutic product companies as well as for medical and health professionals.
We are looking for an administrative employee 100% for our Licensing & Secretariat department from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Administrative work (mail processing, invoicing, file management, providing telephone information and correspondence with internal and external customers)
- Independent processing of licensing and approval applications
- Maintenance of master and licensing data in specialist applications Evidence and Sirona
- Processing of medicinal product returns
- Participation in the introduction of new digital processes as well as in the maintenance of the management system
- Taking on special tasks (e.g. structuring and maintenance of the physical file landscape, dispatch and management of narcotic prescription blocks)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in clerical work and/or administration
- IT-savvy and proficient with Microsoft 365, precise, efficient and independent working style, flexible, resilient and service-oriented
- Quick comprehension, high commitment and team spirit
- Good communication skills and confident German
