For our Customer Service in Frauenfeld, we are looking for a communicative & committed personality as Clerk Sales Support, 80 – 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You look after an assigned dealer network and are an important contact person for our specialist partners – from orders to product enquiries and B2B support to complaints
• As a central hub, you coordinate order processing and work closely with our sales staff, specialist dealers and internal departments
• You record and process orders in our ERP system, create order confirmations and invoices and reliably keep an eye on delivery dates
• For international deliveries, you take care of the necessary export and shipping documents
• You independently and efficiently process orders from our B2B portal as well as e-commerce orders
• You are also a competent contact person for enquiries from end customers and find the right solution easily
• Communication is mainly in German and English as well as, depending on the assigned specialist trade partners, in Italian or Spanish.

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or a technical basic training with commercial further education
• Ideally, initial professional experience in internal sales, customer service or international goods traffic
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and convince with a likeable and service-oriented manner
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working is natural for you
• You are confident in using common MS Office applications and quickly find your way around digital systems
• You communicate confidently in German and English. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Italian or Spanish.
• Even when it gets busier seasonally, you keep an overview, set the right priorities and pitch in flexibly
