Property Manager 70-100%

Your tasks

As a real estate professional, you are responsible for managing a property portfolio. Your tasks include:

• Commercial and technical management
• Re-letting including flat viewings and lease negotiations
• Handover and acceptance of rental premises
• Organisation of regular maintenance, renovations and conversions
• Handling correspondence, invoicing, etc.
• Contact with owners, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• Processing individual commercial rental orders
• Possibly assisting with initial lettings / marketing

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have a federal diploma in property management or are willing to obtain one
• You have professional experience in property management
• You are a communicative and engaging personality
• You work conscientiously and independently
