ICT Supporter Digital Workplace (M365)

Are you ready to help develop the digital transformation? As the IT service and competence center of the cantonal administration of Graubünden, we support our departments with a secure basic infrastructure and advanced applications. Together with you, we will advance the digital transformation of the canton of Graubünden.
IT customer service is exactly your thing. We as the Office for Informatics are looking for an ICT Supporter Digital Workplace (M365) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You are jointly responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the Digital Workplace based on M365
- You advise and support our customers
- You handle fault reports in 2nd-level support and document the fault reports in our ITSM system
- You participate in the introduction, migration, and updates of specialist applications
What we expect from you
- Training or further education in computer science or several years of experience in 2nd-level support of current Microsoft products
- Sound knowledge in the operation of Microsoft client systems
- High customer and service orientation, initiative, good perseverance
- Structured, team- and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
