About the job

The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic at KSW is an outpatient and consultation psychiatric service of ipw focusing on the assessment and treatment of patients with diagnoses in the F3 to F6 categories.

Responsibilities

• Guidance and supervision of assistant doctors and psychologists in their work with our patients, who mainly suffer from disorders in the F3 to F6 categories according to ICD-10
• Conducting treatments in the outpatient and consultation psychiatric area
• Management of the specialist clinic for mental illnesses related to pregnancy/birth (gynaecological psychiatry) in collaboration with the Winterthur Cantonal Hospital
• Participation in further education and training
• Project work within the framework of the integrated psychiatric regional care ipw

Profile

• Recognition as a specialist physician in psychiatry and psychotherapy or specialist psychologist or advanced specialist training
• Previous experience in consultation and liaison psychiatry or in the field of psychosomatics is an advantage
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration in multidisciplinary teams
• Resilient, independent, congruent personality with strong team and communication skills
