Responsibilities

• Deputising for management and taking overall responsibility in their absence
• Co-responsibility for the organisational, professional, financial and personnel management of the market
• Leading and supporting department heads as well as around 40 employees
• Ensuring a high level of sales readiness and smooth daily operations
• Guaranteeing active customer care and attractive product presentation
• Ensuring high freshness and quality performance in the market
• Implementing efficient operational processes and compliance with procedures and guidelines
• Bringing entrepreneurial thinking, leadership strength and customer orientation for the sustainable success of the market

Requirements

• Basic training in retail or gastronomy with further education in trade (at least retail specialist) or hotel management school
• Experience in a comparable role in trade or gastronomy
• Entrepreneurially minded, winning leadership personality with several years of leadership experience and high social competence
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in actively maintaining our diverse professional customer base
• Enjoyment in dealing with people, numbers and organisational tasks
• Conceptual, planning and networked thinking
• Ideally living and rooted in the region
