To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and committed personality as Head of Finance (80 - 100%).

In this key position, you will take responsibility for all financial matters of the company as well as the commercial management of various real estate companies. You will work closely with the CEO, investors, and the project management and acquisition departments, making a significant contribution to the successful development of our real estate projects. 

Your tasks

Financial management of the company

• Professional and personnel management of the finance, controlling and HR departments
• Support of the CEO in financial and strategic matters
• Responsibility for accounting, annual financial statements as well as liquidity and budget planning
• Management of the board secretariat
• Control and coordination of external partners such as trustees and tax experts

Commercial management of real estate companies

• Commercial management of several real estate companies and investment vehicles
• Establishment and structuring of companies
• Contact person for investors in financial and administrative matters
• Preparation and further development of project and company reporting
• Responsibility for annual financial statements, financial planning and liquidity management

Transactions and project development

• Preparation of sophisticated profitability and investment calculations
• Support of real estate transactions
• Close collaboration with the project development and acquisition teams
• Participation in acquiring new investors

Your profile

For this role, we are deliberately seeking a personality with solid experience in real estate project development or real estate investment.

Ideally, you bring:

• A higher business education with a focus on finance, accounting or real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in a senior financial role within the real estate industry
• In-depth knowledge in the assessment and management of real estate development projects
• Practical expertise in preparing annual accounts, budget and financial planning
• Experience with profitability calculations, project costing and investment analyses
• Experience in structuring or managing real estate companies and investment vehicles
• Experience with real estate transactions (purchase and sale)
• Strong understanding of investor requirements and capital structures
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, resilience and assertiveness
• Enjoyment in collaborating with investors, partners and interdisciplinary teams
