VISIO COACHING has been individually supporting people on their way back to the primary labour market on behalf of the IV Northwest Switzerland for 15 years. The focus is on promoting professional, social and methodological skills.
Your tasks with us
In this versatile position, you take on a central role in coaching and job coaching our participants:
- Case management & coordination: Overall responsibility for case management including ongoing coordination with the client, ensuring structured reporting and active maintenance of all relevant interfaces
- Consultation & support: Supporting clients in returning to the primary labour market or in retaining or finding a new job
- Individual solutions: Developing customised strategies in close collaboration with our client, the disability insurance
- Promoting development: Recognising resources, fostering personal development and showing new paths
- Job coaching: Conducting status assessments, creating personality profiles and strengthening self-marketing
- Networking & acquisition: Active acquisition of jobs or work placements – using your existing network and building new contacts in the business sector
Your profile
- Completed basic training, e.g. commercial clerk EFZ
- Further training at FA, CAS, FH level or similar in personnel management, integration, coaching or leadership (e.g. HR specialist, company mentor, specialist in labour market integration) is essential
- Proven professional experience in labour market integration, personnel management, reintegration, counselling or social insurance
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high initiative
- Resilience, organisational talent and the necessary composure in everyday life
- Service-oriented, reflective ability, empathy with a touch of humour
- Confident German language skills as well as proficient use of MS Office and other PC applications
