About the job

Are you fascinated by data, numbers and accounting in the real estate sector? Then this position offers you an interesting overall package. In this versatile role, you are responsible for maintaining contract and master data, supporting real estate accounting, processing service charge statements and actively contributing to professional data management.

What you achieve

• You record, modify and maintain rental contracts as well as tenant master data in the management system
• You process and post creditor invoices in the workflow
• You prepare and process service charge statements punctually and reliably
• You maintain sales reports and keep master data up to date
• You take over debtor management and support real estate accounting
• You actively participate in monthly system and data management
• You work closely with property management, accounting and external partners to ensure smooth information flow

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: As a businesswoman / businessman with experience in real estate accounting
• Professional experience: Experience in data management or willingness to acquire it
• You have experience in real estate data management and ideally know SAP RE-FX
• An exact, analytical and reliable working style characterises you
• You are enthusiastic about numbers, data and systems and like to work in a structured way
• You are confident and proficient with MS Office applications
• German (C1)
