Your tasks with the new employer:

• You are responsible for the further development of international personnel work, defining strategic priorities and closely aligning their implementation with business objectives
• As a central advisory body for managers, you bring the HR perspective into important decisions and create sustainable structures for leadership, development and personnel future issues
• You coordinate cooperation within the HR organisation across countries and locations while ensuring professional support of operational personnel business
