To strengthen our back office team in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for a

Sales Back Office / Product Management Employee (80-100%)

Your main tasks include:

Telephone and written support of our B2B and B2C customers including competent advice in German and FrenchHandling customer orders up to invoicingAdministrative brand responsibility for individual brands including provision of sales documents, master data maintenance and disposition as well as ordering articles in cooperation with the Brand ManagerAdministrative support of key accountsReturns and complaints managementClose cooperation with our field sales staff and our external warehouseDeputising for inbound/outbound logistics

Your profile:

Completed commercial training EFZ or professional experience in a comparable positionGood communication skills in German, French and EnglishCustomer-friendly thinkingConfident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP system an advantageCommitted, open, precise, independent and flexible personalityTeam player and resilient
