Your tasks:

• Control and correction of energy data (EDM)
• Independent support of energy communities
• Handling energy industry and administrative tasks related to our energy products
• Creating statistics
• Answering and processing customer enquiries as well as supporting the customer portal
• Participation in projects and processing task lists or only participation in projects

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the field of energy industry, business administration or data management
• Precise, structured and independent way of working
• Analytical and networked thinking as well as affinity for numbers
• Reliable handling of confidential data and information
• Good Excel skills
• Energy industry knowledge or willingness to familiarise yourself with this specialist area
