Team Leader Column Production Synthesis (m/f/d) 100%

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of currently 5 employees in the production area of synthetic polymer chemistry with partly automated systems
• Ensuring a safe, trouble-free and efficient production operation
• Planning, controlling and monitoring production orders
• Responsibility for compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
• Analysis and rectification of process disruptions as well as initiation of appropriate measures
• Promotion and further development of employees
• Participation in and leadership of optimisation and improvement projects, optimisation of processes for a growing product portfolio and increasing sales figures
• Monitoring relevant production key figures and deriving improvement measures
• Close cooperation with the departments of development, design transfer and quality control

• Completed studies at least Master’s degree in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in chemical production in a leadership role
• Good knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, process safety and quality management
• Knowledge of automation of PLS-controlled processes
• High resilience and pronounced sense of responsibility
• Good organisational and planning skills including use of ERP systems for production planning and control
• Experience in lean management and continuous improvement desirable
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• German language skills level C1
