Security Service Employee, Theft Prevention

Do you have several years of experience in security services and want to actively contribute to the safety of our customers and employees? As a security service employee, you support the Migros Basel cooperative in preventing theft and ensuring a safe shopping environment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person and look forward to your application!

What you achieve

• You monitor and control the sales areas to prevent theft and maintain peace and order
• You ensure visible presence during increased gang-related crime
• You process and report theft incidents
• You provide assistance in all adverse events (fire, evacuation, crime) and medical emergencies

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: in the field of security services
• Professional experience: several years of professional experience in security services
• You have several years of experience in the field of security services
• You are an honest and reliable person and characterised by absolute discretion
• You are emotionally and physically resilient and can handle challenging situations
• You are willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays
• German (B2)
