Are you looking for a new challenge as an architect? In this role, you take responsibility for highly complex renovation and new construction projects and apply your skills in aesthetic, ecological, economic, and functional building. You are responsible for the implementation of projects from planning to completion and work closely with other specialist departments. With your experience and expertise, you contribute to the successful and high-quality execution of projects. You are an important part of a team committed to quality and implementation strength in all construction phases.
Responsibilities:
- You handle construction projects in various project phases, including structural and design aspects
- You are responsible for developing architectural concepts as well as preparing preliminary, construction, and execution plans
- You undertake the necessary leadership tasks for the project and coordinate specialist planners, experts, and authorities
- You support project management in planning to achieve project goals as well as in cost planning, schedule monitoring, and quality assurance
- You develop solutions for complex architectural challenges
- You work closely with the team to achieve project objectives
Qualifications:
- You have a degree as an architect from a university of applied sciences or ETH, or a diploma as a technical architect from a higher technical school in construction planning
- You bring several years of professional experience in project execution in Switzerland
- You are knowledgeable about Swiss standards and contract regulations
- You possess in-depth expertise in constructive and practical detail and execution planning
- You are characterised by organisational skills, a structured and methodical working style, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
- You are confident in negotiations, speak German, and have experienced use of MS Office
