As an Area Sales Manager & Medical Consultant Care, you become a key member of our sales team for the GE and VS regions. In this role, you will be directly responsible for turnover and revenue in your area and will actively support our EMS and Home Care customer groups. Thanks to your results-oriented approach, determination, and conquering spirit, you will not only acquire new customers but also build strong and lasting relationships with them. Your sales expertise and ability to cross-sell across our entire IVF Hartmann AG product range will enable you to make the most of our Hartmanneasy digital solutions (Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf, Inventory). You have an affinity for digital solutions and tools and will work closely with your team to contribute to our shared success. Your organisational skills, efficiency, and optimal time management will allow you to excel in this role. Additionally, your proficiency in French will be a valuable asset for delivering training to our customers in the fields of incontinence, wounds, and digital solutions.
Your strengths:
- Completed professional training in the commercial field, ideally supplemented by further training in distribution or the healthcare sector, experience in long-term care appreciated
- Proven sales experience, with excellent commercial acumen, a hunter mentality, and a clear focus on acquiring new customers.
- Fluency in French to interact effectively with customers and conduct training, as well as a good knowledge of German for internal communication.
- Strong performance and goal orientation, with a great sense of responsibility for turnover and a marked affinity for digital solutions.
- Sharp organisational and time management skills, with a structured and efficient approach to your work.
