Spitex Region Frauenfeld is a forward-looking, continuously growing non-profit organisation with around 120 employees. With service contracts from 7 municipalities, we provide outpatient care and support for people of all ages.
For an important strategic project of our organisation, we are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and communicative individual to support the project management immediately or by arrangement as project assistance. In this versatile hub function, you will free up the project management, coordinate administrative and organisational tasks, and ensure that appointments, information and pending matters are reliably consolidated.

What to expect
- Project organisation: Preparation and follow-up of project meetings, workshops and appointments including minute-taking.
- Administrative support: Central contact point for the project team, handling correspondence and maintaining project databases.
- Project controlling: Support in monitoring milestones, deadlines as well as budget and resource planning.
- Document management: Structured filing, versioning and maintenance of all relevant project documents.
- Reporting: Preparation of status reports, presentations and decision templates for management.
Your profile
- Education: Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
- Personality: Discreet, reliable, enjoys coordination and keeping an overview of many parallel topics.
- Experience: Professional experience in project management, PMO or a senior assistant role, healthcare experience is an advantage.
- IT skills: Confident use of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is a plus.
- Working style: Independent, structured and proactive working style as well as a quick grasp of new topics.
- Language: Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
