The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. 🎯 YOUR PROFILE
Completed vocational training
D/E required, any additional language is an advantage
Experience in 4/5* hospitality
Care and accuracy in adhering to hygiene standards
Well-groomed appearance
📄 YOUR TASKS
Preparation and making of desserts
Production and presentation of sweets
Support of the Chef Pâtissier and co-organization of the station
Daily compilation of the required goods for ordering via the kitchen chef
Management of the patisserie station in the absence of the Chef Pâtissier
