Management Assistant Market Division (m/f)

Main tasks
You keep an overview when others lose track. You bring order to data, processes and figures before anyone has to ask? With us, you support the Market Division, coordinate appointments, maintain the database, analyse key figures and ensure that processes are not only documented but truly lived. A position for someone who enjoys thinking along, shaping and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Support of the management of the Market Division in daily operational business.
- Responsible for maintaining and correcting data in various systems (CRM, Jira, Confluence).
- Responsible for ongoing reporting: statistics, evaluations and key figures in Excel.
- Participation in the recording, analysis and documentation of processes.
- Ensuring smooth workflows through proactive process support.
- Support in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Coordination and assumption of partial tasks in cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar assistant role.
- Solid user knowledge of the entire MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally experience with CRM systems, Confluence and Jira.
- Analytical thinking and a high IT affinity.
- Excellent self-organisation, structured working style and the ability to always keep an overview.
- Confident, professional appearance as well as strong communication skills.
- Forward-thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly in a dynamic environment.
- Very good German and English skills (French skills are an advantage).
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (20%).
