Project: For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer to further develop and expand the Microsoft Azure platform within the Azure Base Team. The focus is on optimising Microsoft Entra ID and the associated automation. In addition, you will support the integration of new Azure Base Services.Tasks:
* Develop and implement automation solutions for Microsoft Entra ID and related services using Terraform and APIs with Go.
* Configure and optimise App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Conditional Access policies and Administrative Units.
* Develop, implement and maintain authentication and authorisation flows with OAuth 2.0, SAML and OpenID Connect for SSO and other applications.
* Develop conceptual specifications for OAuth 2.0 and SAML flows and implement them in various applications.
* Create and continuously optimise authentication and authorisation rules, including automated testing and monitoring.
* Manage and optimise Azure and Microsoft 365 services in the area of identity management and security.
* Incorporate current developments to harden Entra ID and further develop the framework for configuration monitoring.
* Support the integration of new Azure Base Services.
* Create technical documentation and train internal teams on Entra ID and DevOps topics.
Requirements:
* Several years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure and sound knowledge of Azure Base Services.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, especially Conditional Access, Identity Protection and Application Proxy.
* Solid practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
* Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automation as well as tools and programming languages such as GitLab, Go, Python or Bash.
* Good understanding of network security, IAM standards and authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML and OpenID Connect.
* Experience in applying cloud security technologies.
* Experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or SAFe.
* Completed IT education at FH/university level or an equivalent qualification.
* Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured and independent working style.
* High quality and security awareness as well as a communicative, team- and customer-oriented personality.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, especially in the area of identity management and security, is an advantage.
