Product Owner 80-100% (a) [Ref:2811]

• Development of a clear product vision and strategy for the M365 environment, aligned with the organisation, technology trends, and technical dependencies
• Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements and translating them into economical, widely accepted solutions
• Participation in the professional and technical conception of modern M365 solutions
• Planning and management of roll-outs, initially focusing on SharePoint Online, subsequently for the entire platform
• Responsibility for smooth integration into the existing IT landscape, with special focus on data protection and sensitive data
• Open, target group-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team and close collaboration across departmental boundaries

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in complex organisations or the public administration
• In-depth M365 knowledge that goes well beyond application
• Sense for the interaction of people, processes, and systems
• Strong communication and moderation skills, combined with a pronounced service mindset
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English is a plus
• Desirable: Further training in Product Ownership (e.g. PSPO) or project management (e.g. HERMES) as well as an MS-900 certification
