Your tasks

• As an HR Operations Administrator, you ensure the execution and monitoring of HR administrative and operational processes,
• You are a point of contact for employees and managers on operations-related matters,
• You guarantee the quality and proper execution of the department's processes,
• You handle the administrative follow-up of various events related to the employee lifecycle,
• You contribute to continuous improvement, projects, and the digitalisation of HR processes and operations,
• You collaborate with internal and external partners to provide a quality, reliable, and customer-oriented service.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification,
• You have the HR manager certificate. The federal diploma as an HR specialist or in social insurance is an advantage,
• You are fluent in French and English and have good knowledge of German,
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite and have advanced knowledge of an ERP system,
• You are an organised, rigorous person capable of working independently,
• Your personality stands out through your sense of service and customer orientation.
