In this area of responsibility, you can realize yourself:

Conducting vocational studies classes including preparation and follow-up as well as conducting exams
Expert, individual support
Enjoyment in working with heterogeneous learning groups and learners with challenging learning and life biographies.
Close collaboration with the subject manager and the entire team (BK, ABU, Sports)
Creation and further development of digital, practical, and action-oriented teaching materials and exams
Quality assurance in the subject area
Administrative tasks related to teaching
Participation in working groups and projects

For a long-term commitment, you bring the following:

Registered nurse HF or FH or social pedagogue HF
Teaching diploma for vocational studies teaching in a full-time position
Completed CAS FIB plus or interest in completing it soon
Enjoyment in supporting young adults in their professional and social development
Several years of professional experience and knowledge in AGS training
Experience in supporting apprentices (in practice, ÜK or vocational school)
Very good handling of digital media

The total teaching load is 10 lessons. The teaching days are Tuesday and Thursday, 5 lessons each. Additionally, there are extra appointments such as team meetings, semester meetings, staff info, etc., which must be planned additionally.

The position offers the opportunity to take over two new classes at the start of school and accompany them until the end of training. The onboarding period begins already in June/July with a reduced workload.
