The Education Center for Business Weinfelden is an innovative vocational school with a total of 1100 students and around 90 teachers. Our focus areas are commercial basic education, the vocational baccalaureate in four training directions (BM1/BM2), and adult education.

Our long-standing Vice Principal for Continuing Education is taking on a new challenge. Therefore, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Co-responsibility for school development and personnel management of the Continuing Education department as a member of the school management
Strategic and operational management of the Continuing Education department
Teaching in basic or continuing education

We expect

A completed education with university/fachhochschule degree, professional experience in the private sector, and several years of teaching experience in basic or adult education
Good knowledge of the vocational education system and the continuing education landscape in Switzerland
Leadership experience in planning, organization, pedagogy, and school development
Completed CAS School Principal EDK or willingness to complete the training
Excellent IT skills (especially M365 suite with Teams and SharePoint)
