Empowering people. Opening up perspectives. Creating professional opportunities. Would you like to use your professional experience in the future to support people on their way back into the world of work? Are you interested in the connection between profession, people and social environment? Then this role could be just right for you. At the University Psychiatric Centre Bern AG (UPZ), we support people with mental health challenges in discovering, developing and creating new professional perspectives based on their individual abilities. We are looking for a committed and open personality with a completed EFZ vocational training who is interested in this varied field of work. Initial experience in accompanying, caring for, advising or guiding people is desirable. We offer you a meaningful activity at the interface between the world of work and the social environment, thorough induction and the opportunity for professional development. You can expect an interdisciplinary team that supports you and works with you, as well as a varied working environment with opportunities for creativity and new perspectives. You do not have to be able to do everything already. What matters is your personality, your motivation and your interest in helping people progress professionally.

- Independence, organisational talent and a reliable way of working
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with the topics of mental health, professional integration and coaching
