What you can achieve
- Active support of the intrapreneurship and innovation community including the professional management of a cross-functional programme team
- Designing and moderating interactive workshops, training sessions and pitch events in close coordination with event management and employer branding
- Ensuring internal communication about the programme in close coordination with corporate communication
- Mentoring innovators regarding process, methodology, hypothesis validation and pitch preparation
- Occasional support of the central innovation team in other projects
What you bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering with further education in the field of innovation
- Very high empathy, communication and moderation skills
- Methodological competence regarding design thinking and lean startup
- Independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking and enthusiasm for innovation in the defence sector
- Very good German skills as well as French skills (Level B2)
- Officer training is an advantage
