We are looking for, by agreement, a
Co-Manager Specialist Management (70% - 90%)
Your tasks
- Together with your colleague, you ensure and further develop the quality of care in the outpatient sector.
- You are motivated to implement the quality cycle and care process with a high quality standard in practice together with the management colleagues and care teams.
- You contribute your knowledge, for example in case discussions and on-site professional support, and use the internal training program to implement nursing knowledge in the operation.
- You are consistently guided by interdisciplinary approaches, which you apply in everyday care as well as in projects.
Your profile
- You are a certified nursing specialist HF with proven nursing expertise and corresponding additional training.
- You have solid knowledge in the area of interRAI HC and professional experience in the outpatient setting.
- Strong communication skills are among your strengths, as well as organizational talent, reliability, and a positive view of people.
