As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you actively shape a modern digital workplace strategy. In the Client Engineering team, you drive the co-management around Microsoft 365 (M365). You enjoy managing various device types as well as developing new solutions. You see new technologies as an opportunity and bring them into operation.
Responsibilities:
You manage different device types via Intune and client management solutions
You further develop the workplace environment and implement new concepts
Furthermore, you create, package, and distribute applications using common packaging technologies such as MSIX
You create documentation for application operation, such as operational and user manuals
You also participate in 2nd and 3rd level support including error analysis
Additionally, you occasionally take on on-call duties
Qualifications:
You have a solid IT education in system technology; specialised further training is welcome
You have practical experience operating client management solutions
You possess in-depth knowledge of client operating systems such as Windows 11
Moreover, you work confidently with Active Directory, Entra ID, and group policies
You enjoy working in a team, act on your own initiative, and value quality
Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and can navigate English technical documentation
