What you achieve

• You analyse technical weaknesses and support with complex malfunctions as well as demanding technical issues.
• You develop technical standards and sustainable maintenance strategies to ensure our production facilities run stably, safely and efficiently.
• You lead improvement and investment projects from the idea to successful implementation.
• You plan revision and maintenance measures and ensure their efficient implementation.
• You actively drive the continuous improvement of plant availability, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

What you bring

• Education: Federal Specialist Certificate
• Field: Technical basic training in the mechanical field as well as further training at HF level, specialist certificate or equivalent.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in the maintenance of industrial production facilities.
• Sound knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics as well as experience in technical plant optimisation.
• Analytical thinking, initiative and a structured way of working.
• Enjoy solving challenges pragmatically and driving improvements sustainably.
• German (C1)
