Lead Installer (District Heating)

Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and deployment planning of the installation team in the district heating sector
• Coordination and supervision of the installation of district heating pipes made of steel and plastic
• Ensuring occupational safety, quality, and deadlines on the construction site
• Organisation and execution of maintenance and servicing work on technical systems
• Planning and execution of repair work on the pipeline network as well as pressure tests
• On-call duty (7 days, 24 hours)

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in the metal or sanitary sector or equivalent qualification
• Professional certification as a pipe network installer and/or several years of experience in district heating pipeline construction
• Experience in leading employees and coordinating construction sites
• Solid knowledge of TIG welding advantageous
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills
• Strong team spirit, flexibility, and assertiveness
• Driving licence category B or C1, ideally residing in the Zurich metropolitan area
