HR Generalist (m/f/d) 100%
What you can be proud of
- Recruiting, On- and Offboarding: Active support in recruiting new employees including creating job advertisements and ensuring a professional on- and offboarding process.
- Payroll & Compensation: Responsibility for monthly payroll processing in cooperation with our external payroll provider as well as handling all payroll-related changes.
- HR Administration: Independent handling of administrative HR processes from entry to exit, including contract management, references, personnel changes and maintenance of personnel data.
- Employee and Manager Consultation: First point of contact for employees and supervisors on personnel-related and labour law issues.
- Absence Management: Coordination and processing of sickness, accident, EO, military, maternity and paternity cases in cooperation with an external provider.
- People & Culture Projects: Participation in HR initiatives and processes such as employee development, employer branding, employee surveys and other People & Culture projects.
- Apprenticeship Management: Coordination of apprenticeship management including support for trainers, contract management as well as organisation and supervision of apprentices during their training period.
What must be in your rucksack
- Completed basic training and a federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist mandatory
- Experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss social security and labour law regulations
- Numerical flair, strong organisational skills as well as an independent, structured and precise way of working
- Very good German skills, additional language skills (English or French) advantageous
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc advantageous
