Your Tasks
- Processing and coordination of transport orders in the field of sea freight.
- Communication with customers, partners, and internal departments worldwide.
- Preparation and verification of transport documents.
- Monitoring and ensuring the timely handling of transports.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Supporting the optimisation of processes and workflows.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training in the field of freight forwarding or shipping.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
